Yes, the Employee Survey can be launched in multiple Indian and International languages 

In general, consultants, interns, or third-party contractual staff who are not directly employed by your organization should not be included. You may exclude people on furloughs, long leaves. 

You should include all employees currently on your organization’s payroll in the survey to ensure a comprehensive and accurate understanding of your workplace culture. You should not exclude trainees, people on notice period, as long as they are active during the survey period.
