Your Certification is valid for 12 months. If your workplace meets participation requirements for our lists, once Certified, your company will be automatically considered for all the Best Workplaces lists that you’re eligible for over the following 12-month period.
The investment is towards participating in the process using the Great Place To Work model & assessment framework and receiving actionable insights from this engagement. No, Certification is earned, not given. It is granted only to organizations that meet specific thresholds, including the minimum participation requirement, achieving at least 70% positive responses in the Trust Index™ survey while successfully completing the audit on survey responses, and submitting a factual company profile.
To undertake The Great Place to Work® assessment and certification, a company should have the employee strength of at least 10 employees in India. Organizations having 10-99 employees must be in existence and operating for over 2 years to be a part of the assessment and certification.
